FOGGED EXPANSE STUCK - I LOST ELECTRODART UPGRADE WHEN I DIED

When I djed, it took away the fact that I have electrodes (I know how to use them) and now I’m stuck where you need to shoot the wall. I cannot go back, I respawn here instead of a meditation point , nothing I do gets me out - I am at least 24hrs playtime in. EA please advise. There’s no going to an earlier save and NO way starting again
