FPS Drops

Around 5 minutes into gameplay, my frames will suddenly cut in half and remain that way forever. The only change in my PC that I can observe during that time is my GPU increases to 99-100% usage. I have not experienced any issue like this before and ONLY experience this issue with Jedi Survivor. 

I have changed my settings in every way possible, reinstalled the game, reinstalled drivers, closed every application, unplugged my second monitor, updated and restarted my pc, stopped overclocking, uninstalled apps to free up storage, ran the game as an administrator, changed the GPU performance preferences, Nothing I do works even a little bit, and I'm genuinely baffled.
