Just to add, I think this is the same bug that I had which I was able to fix (mostly) by installing an older version of the DLSS FG dll file (1.0.7). Don't know if this information is helpful when preparing a general fix for this, but just wanted to add that.
changing dll file does not fix the issue for it still persist , you can go in menu and back in game and game has same issue , this needs a implementation fix .
