Game-breaking progression bug–Rehabilitation Wing vision sequence softlock (PS5)
Hello,
I am experiencing a game-breaking progression bug in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PlayStation 5.
Platform:
PlayStation 5 Pro
Location:
Forest Array → Rehabilitation Wing (vision sequence after elevator and door cutscene)
Issue:
After entering the Rehabilitation Wing and triggering the cutscene, the first phase of the vision sequence plays correctly.
However, the second phase of the vision (Dagan Gera and Santari Khri appearance on the platform) never triggers.
The scene remains stuck in the initial vision state, and there is no way to progress further in the story.
The objective marker remains active, but the scripted event does not continue.
What happens in-game:
Elevator → Rehabilitation Wing loads correctly
Cutscene triggers normally
First vision phase starts
Player regains control
No second phase spawn occurs
No progression possible (softlock)
Steps already tried:
Full game restart
Reloading save (Load Journey / Continue)
Reinstalling the game
Clearing cache / rebuilding PS5 database
Changing graphics/performance modes
Restarting console
Re-entering the area multiple times
Result:
The issue persists consistently and completely blocks story progression.
Additional notes:
The save system only uses a single overwriting save slot, so no earlier manual save is available to revert progression.
This appears to be a scripted event trigger failure in the vision sequence instance.
