Game Continues to Crash on PS5

Or you know, just admit what a terrible job EA did if it comes to bugfixing...

I mean, the game is 2 years old and still crashes A LOT...

It is possible your console is overheating. 

Clean the dust/lint from the vents, fan and heatsinks, ideally with a can of compressed air (held vertically).

Also, store the console out in the open rather than in an enclosed cabinet.

Summarize your bug When I first bought the game glitched a little bit. But now it crashes at least three times a day and I just received an update for it today and now I can’t get past find the brothers level. My son even wanted me to deck out his PS five controller to a Darth Vader theme. So I’ve spent like $100.70 for the game 30 for the controller and now I can’t even play it cause it crashes. I don’t know how to explain it to my son but. Would appreciate if we could get this fixed because now I’m out $70 and 30 I guess

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know how you guys fix the bugs but I’ve taken peoples advice I’ve tried uninstalling it cleared my cache and rebuilding my database and it still doesn’t work

What do you expect to see? I would like to not have the game crashes much or glitch is often at least not twice a day if not more

I know you guys deal with a lot of people’s negative attitude I am trying not to be mean in any way possible but I would appreciate some feedback on this. I mean after all I did buy the game brand new and download it and I have tried all other ways to get past the glitches I’d appreciate it thank you

Can you try these steps?

Then, fully turn off your PS5, and turn it back on. Launch the game, and see if you still encounter these issues.
