Game crashes during loading

I have been trying to play the game for a few months now, and the game crashes after a few seconds. I had tried many things at first such as reinstalling the game, checking files for errors and all. Back then I looked here at the forums and found quite a few threads saying the game stopped working for them in the past week after an update, so I just thought I'd put the game aside until it gets fixed. I tried again today and still no luck. Following another thread I also reinstalled the EA app, but it makes no difference. In all my attempts, the furthest I managed to reach was the first second of the Lucasfilm logo.

I had zero issues playing the first game of the series, Fallen Order. Also, this issue happens whether I try to launch from Steam or the EA app.

The error I get is

LoginId:a9bccbba4070291995d71a9dd9d6aec6

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 3958] Retry was NOT sucessful.

    Hi there,

Thanks for sharing the DxDiag. Could you please try the following next?

    1. Perform a clean boot of Windows and then try launching the game again. This will help us rule out any background applications or services that may be interfering with the game.
    2. Please confirm which drive Jedi: Survivor is installed on. If it’s currently installed on your HDD, please try moving or reinstalling it on your SSD and test again.

Let us know how you get on with these steps.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to reply to my post.
I went thru the latest Windows and Nvidia updates, and also disactivated the Discord Overlay. The behavior remains the same. I am adding my dxdiag output.

Hi there, sorry to hear the game is crashing on startup.

Since you’ve already reinstalled the game and EA app and verified the game files, it would be useful to rule out a driver or system-related issue next. Please make sure Windows and your graphics drivers are fully up to date, temporarily disable any overlays or background applications, and try launching the game again. If possible, you can also try a clean installation of your graphics driver.

If it still crashes, please share a DxDiag so we can take a closer look at your system and see if anything stands out.
