I had this exact same problem. Never found a solution I just had to skip the cutscene. Luckily I get a few seconds before it crashes but I've since experienced this same problem on other cutscenes. One before the final mission of the game and it happens so fast I can't skip the cutscene. Basically locked out of the end of the game.

Ryzen 7900X
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080

Same crash here. First one was in the flashback scene on Jedha. Haven't skipped past it yet to see if there will be others, but it has happened 3 times. That's enough for me to wash my hands of the game for now and walk away. EA please fix this.
For what its worth I have the following hardware:
Intel 9700kNvidia 4090 RTX
64 gig RAM
and I am running the game off of an NVME drive. I can submit more information if it is useful.

I'm having this problem now, I wasn't aware you can skip the cut-scene, I suppose I will sit through another 5 minutes of shader loading with a NASA spec PC to try this again:
Crashing on Jedha during flashback.Really, really, really f'ing tired of how broken this game is. I just replayed this segment where you reunite with Merrin, fight a robot and two jet-pack storm troopers, and then have to navigate a series of rather monotonous force pull puzzle mechanics inside of a circular spire only to have the game crash during a flashback 4 times in a row, waiting 5 minutes for shaders to compile at the beginning of each restart as well. This game is so incredibly broken, I take it I must disable RT here, this is the fix one year after release? So basically this is a long-standing bug that they've basically not fixed?
I will NEVER buy another EA game, purely on principle, after this ♥♥♥♥-show of a game, purely on principle, and I do mean that I will NEVER buy another EA game after this.

Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000070"- 2 years ago@Vulcan1978 Lmfao, now the game is telling me repairs are required and is asking me to sit around with my thumb up my * while it repairs a 130GB game, did I say that this will be my last EA purchase because of EA's abandonment of this broken title?
