Game crashing at rancor meditation spot

Summarize your bug My game crashes at the meditation point right before the rancor fight every time I launch. I cant do anything and am afraid ill have to restart my entire game. I cant do anything and just freeze everytime I load in. Its something with this meditation point as this doesnt happen anywhere else
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The meditation point right before the rancor fight on kobho
What happens when the bug occurs? I load into the game and it freezes. I cant do anything so I have to close it with task manager
What do you expect to see? I hope to see this fixed as I cannot progress at all and dont want to restart as it took me long wnough to get to this point after various other bugs and crashes

Has a fix been found for this? game is now unplayable for me. 

I supposed than making a new topic for this bug should be helpfull for the new general bug on koboh.

Everything is in the title, saving on that waypoint is ok the first time but after the cutscene with the Rancor, game crashing when you respawn, test 3 times. I will not try 15 and expecting something will change by luck.

My controler is tremoring a lot with the loading screen, and the game instant freeze when the image start to come.

I think it's a bit easy to find where is that local problems, i hope a quick patch to fix that, i want to play that game !!! I just regret to payed it full price for a BETA version.

And the new patch didn't fixed the problem. i'm stuck with a blackscreen or the first images of the spawn (sound is ok i can hear Kal falling when he respawn)

edit : Maybe  i'm mad to try but, by moving my controler in the loading screen, i pass the bug, 3 times in a row, but i got the freeze for my 4 deaths :D

I get some troubles on koboh my game crash whenever i load the game at the meditation point where you can fight the rancor,! Sometimes it pass but after 2 or 3 loading the games finish by crashing, it is vbery disappoiinted! i didnt get troubles with star wars jedi fallen order

I'm having the same issue. Whenever I load at the meditation point before the rancor the game freezes and my controller vibrates like crazy before the freeze.

Yeah, exactly as people have describe the crash. I'm on PC, and even renaming and reinstating the backup save file put me in exactly the same spot.

So I can't play at all. And there's no way to roll back to the last save point, which would have been really useful.

Exactly the same issue here. I fight rancor, I die, I spawn on the meditation spot near it. After about 2-3 respawns it freezes before loading the level. Also sometimes it just freezes immediately upon restarting the game and loading at this spot. 

The last patch fixed it so i could get past an earlier cutscene that froze 100% of the time (The one where you meet the prospector overlooking the cliff after petting the boglings). Now I'm stuck here unless I can somehow kill the rancor in 1 try but honestly these crashes make me more frustrated than dying over and over to the rancor ever would.

What fixed this issue for me was to ENABLE ray tracing, even though I don't have a ray tracing card.

The game chugs a bit more, but the freezing before the rancor at the meditation point stopped completely.
