Game frozen after Forrest Array cutscene

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug On the Forest Array mission. The game goes to a cutscene when BD-1 is approaching a bird where Cal talks to Cere. When it comes back and you are supposed to tame the bird, the game freezes. I cannot get past it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the area where the the cutscene happens. That's it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game locks up. Music still plays, but I cannot do anything and the video is frozen.
What do you expect to see? Playable game.

    This is another bug related to rebinding controls. I set my focus button to L2 and had the same issue. Rebooted the game, and when I got to this cutscene I reset my controls to default before being given the button prompt. For some reason you can only tame creatures if your focus is binded to R1 on playstation. Not sure what the PC equivalent for that is.

    @reptilian_cuck The screen is frozen so even with a keyboard/mouse combo nothing works. It is basically a picture. I think this is different unless you are saying my controller is somehow freezing the game?

    I see, that does sound different from my issue then. When i reached this part, all of the animations continued, I just couldn't progress because the input wasn't being read and I couldn't pause or anything.
