I forgot to mention, I am on Steam.
I have the same bug. I've already been to Jedha some times and it worked well. Now I am close to the end of the game and must return to Jedha but after quiting hyperspace and arriving on Jedha, I think a video sequence begins to launch and the game crashes.
It happens each time I try but at your difference JadalCure, I can still go somewhere else and the game works fine. But I cannot finish it now ....
I had the same issue. Turning off Ray Tracing fixed the Issue for me.
