Game shuts ps5 off

Having to physically unplug and reconnect the power indicates this may be an overheating issue. 

Take the panels off the console, remove the fan and clean all vents, fan and heatsinks, preferably with a can of compressed air (held vertically).

I was ready to replace my PS5 at one point until I REALLY cleaned it and it has not crashed like this since. 

Do a deep clean every couple of months also.

Everytime im playing jedi survivor the game crashes and shuts down my entire ps5 need some help on this

Dude same.. I’m having such a great time playing but ever since the new update my game just randomly freezes and then crashes. And sometimes the Xbox turns off completely too. The patch made things so much worse. They need to do something before this game just isn’t worth it anymore.

I had many crash on Coruscant just before getting the Manthis.

Now I have way too many on Koboh. Sometimes when a fight starts, sometimes when I just load the game when I start to move a little.

I can't progress at all.

How often does the bug occur? Very often (75% - 99%)

What happens when the bug occurs? It freezes and you can’t do anything, PS button on controler or even on the conole are not responding either. Screen turns black, sometimes green and console shutdown itself.
What do you expect to see? A working game or a refund

I have try to repar the storage.

I have removed and reinstall the game 147Go !!!!

I have rebuild the database.

I have change the settings performance or not more than once.

I have deactivate the settings motion blur and others...

I have not HDR activated.

None improve at all the behavior...

I have 4K resolution.

I just did the cleaning, there was almost no dust.

I used a can of compressed air for the heatsinks that we can't access.

Then I tried again.

I was not even able to load my save. The PS5 crashed during the loading (with the small logo on the right bottom of the screen).

I don't have to unplug the console, it just turn off itself.

I thought about overheat, but I don't see how it can be when I just start the game (and the console).

I also tried last week to play other games (inculding Horizon Burning shores), the PS5 run fine.

This is happening to me too on my Xbox Series X and mine is cleaned from dust also

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After several hours of play on the console version, (This may happen on the Xbox Series X and S as well but I noticed the issue on the PS5 version) the game will crash and turn off my console. Just play it on the console version for several hours.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and then the console turns off by itself and can't be turned back on until the power cable is reset.
What do you expect to see? I just want this bug fixed so that I don't have to worry about my console

After several hours of play, I've noticed a major bug in which the game (Star Wars Jedi: Survivor) will periodically freeze and turn the console off. I try to turn it on but it doesn't do anything when the power button is pressed. This naturally worries me and makes me think my console is dead. I then reset the power cable and after a few seconds, I'm able to get it back up and running. This has happened multiple times and it really worries me. I love this game overall but this is a very concerning issue that needs a fix ASAP!

The new version has been downloaded yesterday.

Issue still occurs.

I could play 5sec on Koboh.

I tried a new game from the begining and it crashed on the elevator just before meeting the senator.

I can play other video games for hours without any isues.

It is really anoying and frustrating to have a game and can't play with it at all!!

Anyone can help ?
