Game shuts ps5 off

Just randomly shuts my ps5 down and I have to wait several minutes to be allowed to power back up only after unplugging and replugging system back in. Anyone else this problem?

@deuxge 

Having to physically unplug and reconnect the power indicates this may be an overheating issue. 

Take the panels off the console, remove the fan and clean all vents, fan and heatsinks, preferably with a can of compressed air (held vertically).

I was ready to replace my PS5 at one point until I REALLY cleaned it and it has not crashed like this since. 

Do a deep clean every couple of months also.

I just did the cleaning, there was almost no dust.

I used a can of compressed air for the heatsinks that we can't access.

Then I tried again.

I was not even able to load my save. The PS5 crashed during the loading (with the small logo on the right bottom of the screen).

I don't have to unplug the console, it just turn off itself.

I thought about overheat, but I don't see how it can be when I just start the game (and the console).

I also tried last week to play other games (inculding Horizon Burning shores), the PS5 run fine.

    The new version has been downloaded yesterday.

    Issue still occurs.

    I could play 5sec on Koboh.

    I tried a new game from the begining and it crashed on the elevator just before meeting the senator.

    I can play other video games for hours without any isues.

    It is really anoying and frustrating to have a game and can't play with it at all!!

    Anyone can help ?

      On my side, I don't have to unplug the console. (It is not exactly the same issue as this one. Why was it merged with it ?)

      Just wait few second after it turned off and start it again.

        I still can't play to this game !

        This is good to see we are considered and some is helping...

        As I said above, the issue is not coming from My console over heating because of dust as I don't have any inside. And I can play any other game for hours without issues.

        This is only occuring with this game.

        Is any one there to help or to investigate on this issue ?
