Game won't start

Hello,
I purchased and downloaded Star Wars Jedi Survivor in the EA app. 
When I start the game, I just about get past the publisher screens, but the game crashes on the STAR WARS: Jedi Survivor screen.
Before that, I get a sound bug on the RESPAWN screen.

I have already restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, repaired the game, and reinstalled the EA app. None of this has helped.

The attached file shows the error message in the EA App.
It says: 
Game could not be started
Due to an error on our part, the start failed. Please try again later.
