I have xbox gamepass. But in EA Play there is just notification that my games removed from my library. I can't download any of ea play games or xbox gamepass games. For example FIFA or Star Wars Jedi Survivor. Please see this and help me how to fix this.
Can you please restart the app and check if the problem persists?
I have installed through Gamepass PC and have been playing the game without issues, but today the app decided to remove the entry of Jedi Survivor from it, although the game is still installed in my PC and visible through Gamepass PC. When I try to execute the game either from desktop shortcut or from Gamepass PC EA app is open and after loading without a bunch of weird messages (like watering the grass) the App says that the game is not available in my account.
I already cleared the apps cache, reinstalled it and still the game does not appear in EA app.
Please do not ask me to reinstall the game, it is 130 GB and my internet is very slow (it took almost 4 days to download it in the first time)...
It is unfair to be penalized for a bug in your app...
Please help me Obi-Wan, you are my only hope!
The same thing happened to me today. I already did the Help > App Recovery still nothing happened. I just moved the game folder to another folder to re-download the game clean, still cannot download it.
Yea the chat rep suggested it was a windows user access admin error or whatever. he told me to make a whole new windows user...the hell with that. A bunch of my games got removed too. Ridiculous dude. They're hoping we cough up the money while they 'fix' it...
I already deleted the game and tried to download it again, but ea play doesn't allow it anymore...
Same, I tried clearing the cache and then reinstalling the app, nothing. It says my ea play membership has ended but then when I go to my account I have it as an active subscription through gamepass pc.. I can play other gamepass games that aren't linked to ea play. I constantly have issues with the ea app.

Same here. Game disappeared from Install list on Gamepass and EA Play. Only get "you dont have access" when trying to start the game.
Reinstalling doesn't work and gives an error.
Same here. I even played the game earlier today. After few hours, I wanted to continue playing, but the game would't start, claiming that it was connected to another account and that I should relog. The game also disappeared from the library. In the app, Jedi Survival has a "Play" badge, so it should work if I have a Game Pass subscription. I read that the games are available for 10 hours with a regular subscription and with PlayPro without any limit, however this is about new and pre-release games, the rest of the collection (including Jedi Survival) should be available without any limit with a regular Play account.
Deleting the game doesn't work either - he thinks, and after a while a download error pops up.
