I’m a Living Legend

I have something similar, I am playing through journey +. Not sure if that makes a difference. I have defeated both Frenzied Jotaz and D-L1T legendary enemies and they are not in my tactical databank and not counted towards the trophy. Reading some responses from others, this appears related to Coruscant legendary enemies. Some things to note, I did fight both legendary enemies before moving on to the end game boss. At this point neither legendary has respawned and I see no work arounds. It’s a bummer for sure as it is a real blocker to getting 100% complete
