Hey, the community manager won’t reply. You should try to this technique that one person posted which worked for me and at least one other person.
When looking at the door wedge yourself into the right corner where it meets the stone wall. Keep spamming jump then dash and you’ll eventually pop through the small gap between the door and wall onto the other side. It took me less than a minute to get through this way. Good luck!
- Finally Igot exit that situation .. by not doing what You Said, obviously it's a Way, but the problem it's that you no have time to respond such When you realize that and finally you have passed, you are falling into the void and it is difficult to pass between the wall and the frame, for mi hours. But another person give me a solution much better it's in Spanish but I did it ....I It's in Spanish but it works and it's much better because you simply appear on the other side of the door and you can jump easily. I have a clip of how I did it. It's like a trophy 🏆 😄
