1. Finally Igot exit that situation ..  by not doing what You Said, obviously it's a Way, but the problem it's that you no have time to respond such When you realize that and finally you have passed, you are falling into the void and it is difficult to pass between the wall and the frame, for mi hours. But another person give me a solution much better it's in Spanish but I did it ....I It's in Spanish but it works and it's much better because you simply appear on the other side of the door and you can jump easily. I have a clip of how I did it. It's like a trophy 🏆 😄

Hey, the community manager won’t reply. You should try to this technique that one person posted which worked for me and at least one other person. 
When looking at the door wedge yourself into the right corner where it meets the stone wall. Keep spamming jump then dash and you’ll eventually pop through the small gap between the door and wall onto the other side. It took me less than a minute to get through this way. Good luck!

Hey, thanks! Just yesterday I saw another technique, which is to spam jump and dash in the same corner and it will put you on the other side of the door. Within one minute of trying it I got it to work and I didn’t fall into the chasm either. Finally I can continue to play the game! No thanks to EA_Rtas and his useless team at EA. Get a new job

If you're on console this worked for me, follow these instructions:

Step by step guide:

1) activate photo mode

2) exit photo mode

(Steps 1 and 2 have to be done only one time)

3) jump-jump-dash into the corner/hinge area

4) just as you hit it, enter the menu

5) switch the performance mode to the quality

mode

(Repeat steps 3-5 until you appear on the outer

ledge)

6) jump and dash onto the middle platform

7) (obvious) meditate to save a different respawn point

This worked for me… Took less than 5 minutes. THANK YOU

No, unfortunately I haven't. I tried the jump/dash and pause glitch technique and made it to the other side but immediately fell into the chasm. Managed to do it like 4 times with the same results.

Hey, thanks for replying but unfortunately I have this game on the PS5. They refuse to address the issue I don’t have an option of returning to a previous save. Great system they have here.

Ps5, there are responses on here from five months ago and you still haven’t done anything. Hurry it up or start refunding.
