I purchased Jedi survivor on steam but it says i dont have access

I just bought SW:Jedi Survivor on Steam but it wants to open it through EA but the EA launcher does not even recognize I have the game.   How do I just open the game through steam? 

I bought Jedi Survivor the other day, just installed it and it says that I don't have access to it because my account may be linked to another account. I tried all the trouble shooting I could find in old threads.

-verifying game files

- downloading a free game

- unlinking and re-linking my steam account 

- etc

nothing is working and I can't contact EA support directly. Please help would be apprieciated. 

I refunded on steam.  But then I bought it in the EA app.  And it still doesn't show up in the EA app library? 

Did the same thing. Bought it twice. Both receipts in inbox of email linked.

EA will get us the game eventually right?🙃

EA, on behalf of the people who bought Jedi survivor recently on PC/Steam/Ea app.

     Would you be so kind and give us the game we paid for or at least some recognition that this is an issue and must be escalated?

I redeem the code showed up in my library downloaded (try) error prepare set up and after that it was gone from my library in EA APP and can't download it and play. 

After trying everything last night, I just tried this and it worked: go to the folder where the EA app is located and run App Recovery.exe the game then showed up in my EA games library.

I just had the same issue.. go to the search field and enter Jedi Survivor.. you'll see it in the Hidden folder.. not sure why.. but you can unhide it and then add to your Library again.. That seems to work for me anyway.
