Invalid Deluxe Editon Upgrade Code
I bought Star Wars Jedi Survivor Deluxe Edition as a disc for PS5 from Amazon. When I try to redeem the code it does not work. What do I do?

While I could ask you some specific questions about how and where you are trying to redeem, chances are you will need to contact EA support directly as people in this user forum can't typically address account issues.

Hey @thecouchsamurai,
If the code you got from Amazon does not work, you, unfortunately, have to reach out to Amazon Support to request support. It is possible that the code is no longer valid, for example. But this is only something Amazon knows.
Also, be sure to redeem the code on the PSN store page and not try to redeem the code onto your EA account directly, since that indeed won't work.
