Jeda Eno Cordova Lightsaber

Hi  I am stuck on the 3rd ruin structure puzzle for the Eno Cordova lightsaber as I cannot move the mechanism on the platforms the second time after for making the ball go up to the top as the ball on the right upper platform is stuck and even when using force pull it will not budge.
