Jedi Survivor falling through floor at Observatory

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug At final stage of Confront Dagen at Koboh Observatory, both as soon as I step in front of the Ascention Cable both Cal and Bodie fall through the floor to their deaths. If Cal uses the Ascention Cable from the side, as soon as he gets on top he goes through the floor.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have video saves from the exact behavior, from different angles.
What happens when the bug occurs? Characters sink into and through the floor and die.
What do you expect to see? Successfully ascending to the final platform in front of the meditation point.

Unfortunately it’s July 2024 and this still hasn’t been patched smh. EA needs to do better

FWIW is after 34 hours on the game, I'm falling through the floor by the grappling hook like the other users have posted some 2 years ago. This is on the PS5. Very disappointing, and I have the latest patches. I greatly enjoyed the game, bugs and all, until this fatal issue. Rebooted, etc. several times. I'm stopped dead in my tracks.
I would love for EA to patch this.
