@allaboutsports I understand what you're describing but not why it's happening. If you didn't also switch out the HDMI cable, I'd suggest doing so as a test. Please also make sure that the cable is properly seated at both ends.
Other than that, I don't think I can really help here, sorry.
I bought a new PS5 HDMI that supports up to 8k and it did not help either.
