Jedi Survivor not in library after failed download

I bought the Jedi Survivor from Amazon (sold by Amazon) as a sealed hardcover DVD box with a redeem code. The code was accepted but the download stopped before it was finished. Now the game is not visible in my library and the code cannot be redeemed twice (get a error that the code has already been used).

How can I get the game to show up in my library to download? (also installed the EA app on my laptop, but Jedi was nog visible there either)

  • I have the same issue, although the game was purchased from CDKeys, This is my first EA game and I am sorry to say it hasn't been the faultless experience I have come to expect from Steam or Ubisoft.

    @sidowoortman Hey there, so for this you're going to need to contact EA Help here so they can investiage this with you they'll be able to look into why it's no longer appearing as downloadable in your library. If there was an issue with the code used you may be asked to get in touch with Amazon support.

    @n72a0pv9iy51 As your code was purchased from a third party reseller you will have to get in touch with them directly about issues with your game code.
