Jedi Survivor Preload error

When you attempt to download Jedi Survivor in the EA app after linking your steam account, it offers the option to pre-load the game, but when you begin the download it gets stuck on an infinite loop of "preparing" and never begins downloading.

Yep having the same problem with steam-linked account trying to pre-load via the EA app.

Same problem here:

1. Downloaded game in EA app

2. Download status gets to preparing

3. App crashes

After this the app crashes to desktop on start without any error

If use the "App Recovery" the game becomes unavailable again but if I try to "download" the same issue persist

I downloaded the game today, but when I try to run it, the message appears that "This title may have been downloaded by another user. Please log in to another account or restart the application".
I only have 1 EA account, so I tried the second option which would be to restart the app, but it still doesn't work.

I can see by your screenshot that it's still the 27th where you are. Could you just be too early?
