I've been trying to preload Jedi Survivor since the moment it became available but it keeps failing. It gets stuck at the preparing stage and then x amount of time passes and just says download error...

I have the exact same problem too and EA is not even reaching out to me when I asked for support I have nothing against them I just want to play my game that I waited for
yeah kinda gettin the feeling that EA doesnt wanna help us here with this issue. 9 hours since their last response is kinda stupid. just wanna play a game that i payed for and have been waiting play for a while now.
I made one, and they never even replied
