I finally figured it out and saw it on another forum, so basically, what happened is your order is stuck in the processing, so go to my order history on https://www.ea.com/ and then cancel your order and buy it again. Mine did not charge my account, so I did not need to refund, but you might have to. I would check, but this was no thanks to Ea. After trying to contact them in multiple ways, I got the solution from someone in the community, so thanks to them, ea needs to get better cause this was ridiculous

I am sorry to hear that you had issues with your order.
Unfortunately, this is not something we control, but it's more up to the bank to correctly process your order. If we did not receive the money, they order will of course not be completed.
