Hello!
Purchased the game digitally and i'm not able to get past the title screen. Game crashes constantly and returns to Xbox home screen, i've reinstalled once together with resetting the console, nothing works. See video. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N8zvIiWTAHhepM1LXRPLgMLqx9QDqdAh/view?usp=drivesdk
edit:
Same issue found in reddit thread :https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWarsJediSurvivor/comments/131r26i/xbox_series_x_keeps_crashing/
Video:
Yep having the same issue as shown in my youtube video Whenkel posted here. Tried hard shutting down Xbox Series X, clearing cache, resetting console, reinstalling game. Nothing works! Even skipping cut scene caused game to crash.
Update: Game is still behaving the same way after patch that was released today 2/5.
Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug Every time I've launched the game, it automatically crashes after the 3 images that show 'Respawn', 'Lucasfilms', and the game title. I have launched the game 10 times and every time it happens.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch game on Xbox series X that only downloaded the game after the patch on May 2nd
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes before truly doing anything
What do you expect to see? Whatever happens after the title cards
I have attempted to restart my console both with the in console restart option as well as holding down the power button, unplugging the power cable for 30 seconds, and then powering back on.
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game both before and after each type of restart.
Hitting the home button while the intro cards load causes something different to appear after the title but it still crashes all the same.
i cant get into my save and it isnt corrupted it just loads and takes me back to the main screen (see screenashot)

Hi there, @Corjack96
Do you have anything plugged in to the USB ports? A controller, headset, dongle for a controller, etc.? If so, try unplugging them and launch the game again.
I have the exact same issue. nothing plugged.
His screenshot is the exact same thing that happens, except I see my xp bar on top.- EA_Aljo3 years ago

Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"Let me know if that helps or not.
