Since the gamerpic suggestion isn't helping, try deleting and reinstalling your game. Also, where is it installed? Are you using a memory expansion card by chance?
I deleted and reinstalled for the 3rd time last night after I tried your previous suggestion. This is downloaded directly to the Series X.

Try deleting your gamertag off your console. Then, download it again and try loading in to the game. Thanks!
I already did this when I reset my console. It did not fix the issue. I have started from scratch.

Hello, everyone. I merged another thread regarding the same issue in to this one. Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions at the moment. As soon as I have some new information, I'll provide an update.
Same deal for me here, I did notice in a few threads that people seem to be experiencing the same issue on all platforms (Xbox, playstation, steam, ea download, etc.) Thanks for the help though, I’m glad somebody is working on finding a solution to this problem.
Same issue here. Has happened twice. Restart at your own risk.
Personally, I've requested a refund. Considering half of the game is inaccessible, it's really the only solution.
