Jedi Survivor update

I cannot update Jedi Survivor on my Xbox

i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I have 75% space available. Any help please

I did a power boot and restarted.
then I renamed the Xbox which forced a restart.
I changed DNS and restarted the modem.
Finally I deleted my profile(using the keep games and apps option) and restarted.
then it worked!!!

Important!!! Make sure you know your email and password for your account if attempting! Or you will lose everything!

Why can't you update the game? Do you get an error? If yes, what kind of error?

@EA_Leeuw when I try to launch it says update required. I accept the update and it is stuck at 0% progress. I have * down and restarted. I have deleted and reinstalled the game. I can’t get the update to proceed.

@creedeziocreed, hmm, alright.

Could you please try the following:

Clearing Alternate MAC Address to restart console

Press the Xbox button

Move right to the System Tab

Scroll down and select Settings

Scroll down to Network

Select Network Settings

Scroll down and select Advanced Settings

Scroll down and select Alternate MAC Address

Select the Clear button

Select the Restart button.
