jedi survivor

i recently redownloaded jedi survivor and when i went to play ng+ it didn’t save my progress and when i finally got a ng+ to work the next day it went back to having no saved data but it left me at the part in the story and now i am softlocked and now the option to create a ng+ is gone and so is all of my items i had from beating the game previously and now i cant get any of my stuff back and when i try to load my ng+ save file it only loads the one with no saved data

The game's progress is saved locally on your console, so the only way NG+ could disappear is by deleting the game's save files. What could also happen is that, if you've renewed your PS Plus subscription in the meantime, old saves could be downloaded from the cloud and synced with your console.
