Load save returns to Main Menu, part of HUD visible

Whenever I try to load into a save the game loads me back into the menu but I still have the UI elements like the health bar and the exp bar as if I was loaded into the game. Even if I keep pressing ...

@LackedMocha4Would love to know any way to fix this please, since I do I could start a nother game from scratch but after 20h I do not really feel like doing that

PD: A quick fix in my eyes would be a way to respawn to a certain map or place where you have a set of default selected things, so you can get unstuck of places

I am up to upload my backup .sav so it can be tested, if needed contact/ answer here

After 15h the same issue occurred as descripted

The save was at Jedha Archives after returning from the rescue mission.
Very disappointing after 14h in playtime...

EDIT:

Fixed it:

Goto C:\Users\xxx\Saved Games\Respawn\JediSurvivor
Delete SaveGame00.sav
Copy Backup00.sav to SaveGame00.sav
Play

Bro...after all the crashes so far and logging in today to not being able to load my save I was ready to drop this game entirely...

I'm a bit confused because I don't know how to copy a file to another file that I just deleted.
