So this has been happening since May and it still hasn't been fixed?

I just changed GPU from a 1070 to a 4070 and now I get this crash. Have tried all suggestions.

How can these clowns have the stomach to call themselves developers? They are obviously not suited for the task and should work with something completely different.

I went from playing at 1080p with everything at low and upscaling enabled to have a playable game on my old 1070 to now not even being able to play the rest of the game.
