I see it’s been 3 years since the bug was reported. It is still there. I don’t have an elevator too. I am trying to get 100% but it’s impossible. I tried everything. Reopening the game. Saving. Everything. The elevator isn’t there and for some reason I can’t teleport to the upper meditation point. Does anyone know how to solve it because obviously they don’t plan on fixing the bug with an update
