Missing Priorite Shard, last needed to platina

Summarize your bug My problem is 1 priorite shard is missing every planet is 100%, but the game progress is 99%.I have finished the story I have collected 99 priorite shards. The game no longer has an icon for it. I done the holotable, stable and other hidden ones.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure have went to every planet and gotten all treasures
What happens when the bug occurs? no priorite spawning on the map
What do you expect to see? Priorite show on the map or my last priorite shard in my inventory.
