NG+ first death makes you lose all abilities and points (BUG)

Still happening in may 2026. PS4. Main game turned corrupted after main story while collecting last trophies, and NG+ does the above glitch. Same if you quit the game, or game crash. Copied savefiles doesnt change anything. Any fix EA?
