NJ+ - Cannot Access Koboh Local Recluse and Vashtan Wolfe (stuck at 99.4%)

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: SurvivorPlatform:Xbox Series XSummarize your bug Cannot fully complete Koboh in NJ+ when the original base game for the new NJ+ game was 100% complete (NJ+ Koboh is stuck at 99.4%). The Local Recluse rumor and Vashtan Wolfe fight never happen.How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Fully complete a normal journey 2. Start a NJ+ game with the fully complete game as a starting point 3. Do everything on Koboh you can do (including all conversations).What happens when the bug occurs? For the Local Recluse rumor, Cal can enter the room, but BD-1 cannot read the datapads (Cal already has those collectibles from the previous game) and the NPC never appears, even after every conversation with Guu and Gido. For Vashtan Wolfe, Cal can enter the space and Vashtan will talk to him, but since the crate is already unlocked and opened, Cal cannot unlock and open it again and Vashtan never appears. I assume these are the things missing necessary to get Koboh to 100%What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to get and complete the Local Recluse rumor and to fight and defeat Vashtan Wolfe and get Koboh to 100%. ‌See details in bug report.

I opened the crates before running to the door and it made the door unable to be opened. Does no open on NJ+ either because crates are already open&nbsp;

I have ran into this as well.Product:&nbsp;STAR WARS Jedi: SurvivorPlatform:&nbsp;Play Station 5Summarise your bug&nbsp;Can't interact with the Recluse&nbsp;during an NG+ walkthrough after not being able to scan the datapads in the same room (presumably scanned during NG).How often does the bug occur?&nbsp;Every time (100%)This really happens every time, even though not everything on Koboh is cleared - my current percentage is around the same but not everything is collected. The issue, as far as I could tell, is precisely what&nbsp;@phungles&nbsp;outlined: completing NG one (probably scanning the two datapads then but NOT interacting with the Recluse?), staring NG+ and not being to initiate the "scan" event in NG+. And because the code to initiate the dialog seems to *require* scans (and not *having scanned in this playthrough or previous*) therefore it's impossible to ever complete unless EA pushes out a patch.It's quite telling that it's been two months now from the first report here (and on Reddit here&nbsp;and here) and it hasn't even made it on the tracker.&nbsp;@EA_Leeuw,&nbsp;I've seen the latest post about Patch 6.5 here but didn't find any notes acknowledging this bug being fixed, tried to re-do it today and still happening. Is there any luck for us NG+ unlucky completionists?&nbsp;

@phungles Yes I also had a problem with this after I opened the crate in normal play through i was not able to open the crate in new game plus and fight vashtan Wolfe I had this problem for a long time
