No access to pre-order content on PS5

Community Manager@TheJuCol, that's odd. Did you redeem a standalone code for the extra content? Or was it a direct purchase via the PSN store on your console?

@EA_Leeuw I was given this code by a friend after I told him my original pre order code from The Collector's Edition from Limited Run Games didn't work (see my first post with you for more on that). I succesfully redeemed the code on the PlayStation Store as you can see in the screenshot I posted. The content didn't appear in the game. I waited a bit because I thought this was related to the other pre order bugs that were in the game. However I now have doubts those bugs are the same, hence this post.
