No access to pre-order content on PS5

Community Manager@TheJuCol, okay, and where exactly did you purchase this standalone code, if I may ask?
@EA_Leeuw I was given this code by a friend after I told him my original pre order code from The Collector's Edition from Limited Run Games didn't work (see my first post with you for more on that). I succesfully redeemed the code on the PlayStation Store as you can see in the screenshot I posted. The content didn't appear in the game. I waited a bit because I thought this was related to the other pre order bugs that were in the game. However I now have doubts those bugs are the same, hence this post.

Your DLC/add-on content has to be the same region as your PSN account and Game install region.. Example.. a US DLC/Add-on (region 1) will not work with a UK version of the game (region 2) or vice versa. To use Add-ons/DLC, both the game and the extra content need to be the same region of purchase and sometimes those need to match the region of the PS account.
