No crate to cross at gantry

@hartgravesa  Could you post a screenshot of what you see?  And does it help to fast travel to a different meditation point, one where you're past the loading gantry entirely?

I have the same issue. Completed the story and bounties and restarted the console still no fix. This is literally the only way to get to that boat is by that crate in the black sinking mud. 

@BomberShellz76 @Kyatza (and @hartgravesa if you're still having the issue), I saw the same thing when the Jo the Cannibal bounty was active.  But after I finished that bounty and fast-traveled away and back, the crate was back, in the same location it was before Cal received the bounty.

If that's not the case for you, what enemies do you see in the area?  I ask because the enemies changed during the bounty as well, and I'm wondering if the whole bounty setup didn't revert.  There's also a related issue with the barriers the bounty hunters put up not disappearing:

So if you have time, please have a look and see whether the barriers are still in place, which would mean this is all the same issue.
