Nova Garon - Conversation Bug - Commander Denvik Disguise

Summarize your bug Nova Garon: While dressed in the disguise I was unable to progress due to a bug where the conversation would not start in order to open the door to progress. I tried *EVERYTHING* to fix it. Was forced to quit and lost ALL Progress. This is completely unacceptable. A patch to fix the issue needs to be released immediately.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete Nova Garon up until the point where you reach Commander Denvik. Take his clothes and proceed to the next room where the game requires you to speak to a IBS Officer.
What happens when the bug occurs? Conversation does not commence which means the player cannot progress to the next room. Also noticed none of the other possible conversations in the area started either.
What do you expect to see? A patch to fix it.
