[OPEN] Best Buy Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition bonus codes issues

Neither my pre-order code or my deluxe edition codes are working. just says cannot be redeemed at this time.

I pre-ordered the digital deluxe version from Best Buy in December and didn't get a code for the pre-order bonus. Best Buy customer support gave me the run around and said to contact EA.

When doing so, please make sure to have a valid Proof of Purchase.

So this isnt about best buy but im confused, when I pre-ordered the game from a third party I only got the game code, was I supposed to get a second, separate code for the pre order bonus, or was my code supposed to be flagged as a preorder and unlock automatically?

I'm sorry to know that you still not receive the code for POB codes from the game of Star Wars Jedi Survival.

We regret to inform you that this software encountered some problems and we're in the process of escalating it as of the moment so we don't have codes to provide for now.

As per careful review, we have to investigate and report this manually to Higher Management for assistance on why it shows error to our support team's tools.

Since we are the retailer selling this product, we will take time to check with the vendor to avoid this type of issues in the future. The escalation may take at least 24 - 48hrs before we receive any updates. Please keep an eye on your email time to time.

I'm really been trying to talk with someone and I'm not having any luck with help for the promotion code I received with the preorder from best buy and they told me to get in contact with you guys with no luck

im also having a problem redeeming my PS5 Deluxe Edition preorder code, the one for the Han Solo and Luke Skywalker outfit skins. When I put in the code Best Buy emailed me I get an invalid code response. I talked to Best Buy support and they said I must talk to the vendor (EA) to get it resolved. Any help? Thanks.
