[OPEN] Best Buy Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition bonus codes issues

Hi everyone,

Please let us know in this thread if you're still running into issues with receiving/redeeming Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition bonus codes if you have purchased STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor™️ via Best Buy.

Still looking for help with this code. I spent an extra $20 for the deluxe edition, it would be nice if I got its benefits. Thanks.

I run into the same problem, I purchased the game, applied the pre order bonus code, under manage add ons on the EA app it shows "Pre Order Content" installed but I dont have access to the Hermit set ingame.

i bought the deluxe upgrade on steam pc a couple days aho and none of the items are appearing in game please help!

Did you all buy the game via BestBuy? If not, please create a separate thread for the issue you're experiencing, or use the AHQ search feature to respond to an already existing thread about the issue.
