EA Staff (Retired)@IamThatch Do you possibly have a clip of this happening? Also, if you check for the missing items do they show up as customization options?
I didn't think to clip it unfortunately, but I've checked everything in the customizations and I've definitely not received either color set.

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
