Path of conviction ledge glitch

Path of conviction ledge glitch

For some reason when I first played this there was a ledge to get the highest ball. I failed on my first two gos and then managed to get back across but not in time to push the ball all the way to the roof.

Now the ledge I need to land on is completely gone and I can’t get the highest ball to move at all to allow me to move the final part of the wall. 

I have moved planets and exited game and completed a number of other missions and rest etc but nothing seems to work. 

I can’t open the tomb or obtain the treasure map if I can’t find a work around. 

Anyone had this issue and managed to resolve it?
