I've tried everything that I can think of. I've turned my quality down to low, turned off ray tracing, cycled VSYNC off and on, and back off again.

Windows 11
i912900k
RTX 4090 (drivers up-to-date)
64GB DDR5
Does anyone have a fix for this??
edit: Also, the bug report file says I'm running windows 10.
Playing on my PC every time I get to trying to get to the Fogged Expanse meditation point the game crashes and I have to start all over again back at the last meditation stop. It has happened three times and at this point I've taken a break from playing the game. I attached the two most recent not sure what to do or if there is anything I can do to fix the issue.
Finally figured out how to make it through. I had to go to a certain point and then back track to the meditation point. In order to make sure that all the progress I was making didn't get lost if it crashed.
