Photo Mode Breaks Game

Summarize your bug: I play on a fairly low end laptop on the lowest settings to run Survivor. My setup works fine except when it comes to using Photo Mode. While the mode itself is fine, after I close it, the game is... off. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's like the game runs faster without my framerate increasing (usually at 15 fps). I can't react to anything in time and my controls are suddenly extremely sensitive. It's borderline unplayable, and Cal moves very unnaturally.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Described above, but upon looking around this might be something unique to my laptop.

To confirm do you only have the Vega Graphics in your device?
If so I don't believe the integrated GPU will have the power to meet the minimum requirements.
