Photo mode settings not working

Summarize your bug F-stop and vignette settings in photo mode have zero effect on the image. I had been using photo mode regularly before this with no issue. I did move the installation from one drive to another before it started happening
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know what triggered it
What happens when the bug occurs? Some photo mode settings do not work
