Problem when I use focus mode in Jedi Survivor

The focus mode isn't working in Jedi Survivor on PS5. I'm supposed to activate it with R1+X or Triangle, but those buttons only make me jump or attack. I've already tried restarting the game, controllers, and the console. How I can fix this?
