Purchased Steam licenses for Starwars game and now EA license gone.

Hi,

Was having an issue with cloud save game backups using EA app on Starwars Survivor and Fallen Order so I purchased couple licenses through Steam instead not knowing that Steam uses EA app to load the game. So after Survivor was installed through Steam I no longer see the EA license of the game in my license. 

So at this point not sure if it was a waste of $18 and if Steam will handle save game cloud syncing at all and if I wasted my money and if I ask for refund will I lose my EA license?
