I pre-ordered physical deluxe edition for PS5, well before release date.
Amazon (Australia) are telling me EA didn't provide them with any pre-order codes, and directed me to contact EA Support.

Exact same conversations I've had with Amazon AU.
The last person I spoke with at Amazon provided me with a support ticket number and claimed they would call me back on May 2nd to follow up with their own internal investigation but I have some serious doubts that anything will come of it.
